Rapidly becoming an international standard, it describes the processes needed to efficiently manage IT infrastructure and to ensure service levels in accordance with the organization's requirements and customer agreements.
The need to offer reliable and high-performance services with a 24x7x365 approach has prompted N&C to build its team of highly trained people, achieving ISO 27001 certification for its offices to guarantee its internal organisation.
N&C has two separate Service Centres located in its two corporate offices in Veglie (LE) and Orbassano (TO) dedicated to providing the service of operation, management, monitoring and technical assistance of customer information systems distributed at a national and international level.
These centres are identified by the acronym "NOC - Network Operation Center" and "SOC – Security Operation Center".
The two sites have been designed to work in ACTIVE/ACTIVE mode, so instead of there being a main site and a subsite intended as a backup of the other, there are two sites that can provide services to customers in a completely autonomous mode, guaranteeing business continuity and the integrity of customer data
Both sites are ISO 27001 certified and the specialists who work there follow the ITIL V4 certified business processes.
